between THMS® Int. e.V. and the Fraunhofer Institute and Dr. Brill + Partner GmbH – Institute for Hygiene and Microbiology

1. Subject of the Cooperation:

The Fraunhofer Institute and Dr. Brill + Partner GmbH, Institute for Hygiene and Microbiology, in cooperation with THMS® Int. e.V., in the following areas: - Textile hygiene and examination of bed and room textiles - Microbiological analysis of environmental samples (dust, textile samples) - International infection prevention and mitigation - Scientific support for THMS® Int. programs

2. Scientific Significance

The organizations acknowledge that the cooperation enables an internationally relevant concept: - Worldwide sample collection by THMS® Int. - High-resolution microbiological laboratory analysis by the Dr. Brill Institute. This creates an internationally unique early warning system for infection risks.

3. Eligibility for Funding

The collaborations form the scientific basis in the areas of: - Infection control - Hygiene - Environmental microbiology - Global health - Prevention

4. Scope These collaborations apply nationally and internationally to joint projects and microbiological investigations that are transmitted to the Fraunhofer Institute and Dr. Brill Institute via THMS® Int.
