Struktur & Aufgabe

THMS®Int. Service Structure  

The THMS® Int. Service acts as a forerunner of the later THMS® Int. Service and takes over its tasks on an interim basis.

THMS® Int. Service provides the organisational and economic foundation for the THMS Group. While the association and foundation operate on a non-profit basis, supporting research and providing scientific backing for the certification system, the GmbH Holding assumes the operational and business responsibilities.

 Tasks of THMS®Int. Service

• Organisation & Management: Central coordination of all activities within the THMS® Int. Group (foundation, association, operational units).

• Financing & Services Processing of orders, contracts, and services related to textile hygiene certification.

• Utilisation of Results: Commercialisation of research results and know-how developed by the foundation and association.

• Infrastructure & Support Provision of resources (IT, administration, personnel) for the non-profit units.

 Difference between the association and the foundation: Association → is the platform for members, scientific exchange, and professional networks.

• THMS® Int. Foundation → pursues non-profit goals, promotes research, and finances projects for infection protection.

• THMS® Int. Service→ acts as an economic unit that secures, scales, and complements the non-profit work with services.

•  This creates a clear division of roles:

👉 Service = Economic viability and implementation

THMS® Int. Service มอบรากฐานด้านองค์กรและเศรษฐกิจให้กับกลุ่ม THMS แม้ว่าสมาคมและมูลนิธิจะดำเนินงานแบบไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร โดยให้การสนับสนุนงานวิจัยและการสนับสนุนทางวิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับระบบการรับรอง แต่ GmbH Holding จะรับผิดชอบด้านการดำเนินงานและธุรกิจ

ภารกิจของ THMS® Int.Service

• องค์กรและการจัดการ: ประสานงานกิจกรรมทั้งหมดภายในกลุ่ม THMS® Int. (มูลนิธิ สมาคม หน่วยปฏิบัติการ) จากส่วนกลาง

• การจัดหาเงินทุนและบริการ การดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ สัญญา และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับรองสุขอนามัยสิ่งทอ

• การใช้ประโยชน์จากผลการวิจัย: การนำผลการวิจัยและองค์ความรู้ที่พัฒนาโดยมูลนิธิและสมาคมไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์

• โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการสนับสนุน การจัดหาทรัพยากร (ไอที ฝ่ายบริหาร บุคลากร) ให้กับหน่วยงานที่ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร

• ความแตกต่างระหว่างสมาคมและมูลนิธิ: สมาคม → เป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับสมาชิก การแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และเครือข่ายวิชาชีพ

• มูลนิธิ THMS® Int. → มุ่งสู่เป้าหมายที่ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ส่งเสริมการวิจัย และจัดหาเงินทุนสำหรับโครงการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ

• THMS® Int. Service → ทำหน้าที่เป็นหน่วยเศรษฐกิจที่ดูแล ขยายขนาด และเสริมงานที่ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรด้วยบริการต่างๆ

สิ่งนี้ทำให้เกิดการแบ่งบทบาทหน้าที่อย่างชัดเจน:

👉 มูลนิธิและสมาคม = องค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรและวิทยาศาสตร์

👉Service = ความสามารถในการดำเนินงานทางเศรษฐกิจและการดำเนินงาน
